Project management is a skill we encourage throughout our tribe. You should be energetic, consultative and service-oriented. You must be able to handle multiple assignments concurrently ensuring each team is delivering on their key objectives.

You are disciplined and a strong and empathic leader. To succeed in this position, you must be comfortable
with negotiating and facilitating output to get your project delivering the intended results. Your responsibilities
include
• Own the scope, plan and delivery of each project
• Report progress to stakeholders and manage expectations
• Proactively resolving project issues as they arise
• Assess ambiguous situations and provides clarity to team and stakeholders as required
• Build project management capability on the team. Coach and mentor Project Managers/Team Leaders

You will have a minimum 5 years experience as a Project Manager managing web projects or software projects

Bachelors degree or equivalent in computer science or business administration and/or PMP certified would be
great.

You will be able to demonstrate experience managing multiple simultaneous projects involving cross-functional product teams and show experience managing external and internal clients.
